1:00–5:00 PM — Exhibitor Set-Up

5:00–8:0 PM — Exhibit Hours

Friday, February 5

7:00–8:30 AM — Exhibit Hours

12:30–1:15 PM — Exhibit Hours

8:30 AM–12:00 PM — Tear-Down OR after 1:30 PM

No tear-down during lunch

Exhibits will be located in the same room as the meal functions to increase booth traffic.

Single Booth
Member: $625 | Non-Member: $700
Includes: 6' × 10' exhibit space, 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, identification sign, and badges for up to 2 company representatives.

Double Booth
Member: $875 | Non-Member: $1,000
Includes: 6' × 20' exhibit space, 2 6' skirted tables, 4 chairs, identification sign, and badges for up to 3 company representatives.

Additional Meals

$75 per person

For additional company representatives above those included with exhibitor registration. Includes Wednesday Reception, Thursday Breakfast, and Thursday Lunch.

Prices subject to change. A $150 cancellation fee applies to booth registrations canceled after December 31, 2026.
